| 10/12 | Last day register to receive your digital personalized bib |
| 10/14 | Digital race bib will be emailed to those who registered by the bib deadline |
| 10/15 | Day of the race—You will have through November 15 to report your time. |

| Note: | Shirts are shipped about 2-3 weeks and medals are shipped about 5-7 weeks following races |
| 11/15-12/15 | Expect delivery of your medal and any prizes |
