| 5/3 | Digital race bib will be emailed to those who registered by the bib deadline |
| 5/4 | Last day to register |
| 5/4 | Day of the race—You will have the entire day to complete the race and report your time. You must report your time before Midnight May 4 to qualify for prizes |
| Note: | Shirts are shipped about 2 weeks and medals are shipped about 5 weeks following races |
| 5/30-6/15 | Expect delivery of your medal and any prizes |
