Description
Founded February 26, 1919, The Grand Canyon has been a staple in American lore. When many think of the American West, images of the canyon come to mind with its massive messas, cliffs, views and variety of weather & animals. Campers, hikers, rafters, bird-watchers and many more enjoy all that this incredible park has to offer. You can enjoy being a part of this historic event even if you can't make it to the park in person this year with this fun race.
You can run, walk or hike this race and do it wherever you want! (Note, the "Rim-To-Rim" distance is a little bit flexible depending on what way someone would go, but we're considering it the 24 mile route most people take.)

Other Important Info
Official race day is February 26th. Registration will be open through that day as supplies last. We anticipate that most people will race that day - BUT - the advantage of having a virtual race is you can do it when and where works best for you. So it’s up to you. Because we strive to honor the tradition of in-person races, you’ll receive messages as if that is race day for you, but just know that we’re okay with it if you need to do something different.
To maintain the spirit of traditional events, we believe a finisher reward should be earned by finishing the race. We verify that you finished by requiring that you report your time to your account. If you do not report, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REWARD.
